 "I like to work on the computer. My favorite person is my daddy. I spend time reading books and creating my own books. I like St. Thomas because I learn a lot of things that I don't know. When I grow up, I want to be a conductor and a scientist and have a nice car and go wherever I want to go all by myself." - C.A. Pre-K

 " I like to swim, play sports, ride my bike and go outside. My favorite people are my family. I like to spend time playing Nintendo DS, reading books, playing with my cat and dog and watching TV. I like St. Thomas because the teachers are nice and funny and I learn a lot. When I grow up, I want to be a swimmer and a veterinarian, maybe a marine biologist. - P.W. 1st grade

 "Since I was three years old, I wanted to play with the Chicago Bears football team. It's fun playing in the NFL and you get to become an NFL football player. My favorite team players are my Uncle Tommie, #91, Mark Bradley, #16, and Devin Hester, #23. I want to play Bears football to help kids live their dream. - T.B. 2nd grade

 "I love to spell and one day I would like to go to the National Spelling Bee. I can help others to spell words that they don't know. I can go to the spelling bee for a reward. I can think better. I love spelling. You can be anything when you grow up. You can be a better person with words. Spelling is my life. " - K.S. 3rd grade

 "I enjoy playing video games, football, soccer and basketball. I cannot wait to start playing football on a team. I was also a member of the STA basketball team this year and enjoyed it a lot. I have been attending St. Thomas since Pre-K and I have met many good friends and have had many wonderful teachers. I have many great memories of the time I have spent at this school." - R.M. 4th grade

 "I like to draw and design clothes. For my whole life I have wanted to make my own clothing line and model it. I also like sports. I play basketball and run track. I do lots of activities like smiwmming, dancing and art. As you see, I am a very busy girl but I always have time for school." - D.W. 5th grade

 "Some of my hobbies are writing stories and poetry. I like writing stories because in them I can make anything possible, and I get to use my creativity. I like writing poetry because I like how the rhythmic words can tell how I feel, and it is another way to express myself." - T.B. Grade 7
